All services provided by South City Web Solutions are subject to the following terms and conditions. These policies are to protect both you the client and South City Web Solutions.

To obtain a free website consultation, either complete the contact form or send an email to sales@southcityweb.com.au and we will contact you to discuss your website requirements.
A static image of the proposed website will be emailed to you along with a quote based on your website requirements. All quotes are valid for three months. If, after this period the quote is accepted, then a new quote must be obtained.
All new web design projects are split into two payments. An initial 50% deposit will be due on acceptance of the quote. The remaining balance will be due upon acceptance of the completed web development project before it is released to the client or published on the internet.
Payments can be made by direct bank deposit (preferred) or cheque. I payment is made via cheque, the project will not be released until the cheque has been cleared by the bank.
In the case where the content of your website (or proposed website) is likely to be considered unsuitable for minor's according to the Classification Act and relevant Classification Guidelines, we encourage the use of appropriate warnings placed on the website. Please note that unsuitable content need not be prohibited or potentially prohibited content. Prohibited content includes any content that breaches any Australian state, territory, or an Australian law, including the Act..
The client shall further indemnify South City Web Solutions in respect of any claims, costs and expenses that may arise from any material included in their site by South City Web Solutions at the client's request
South City Web Solutions reserves the right not to include any material supplied by the client if South City Web Solutions deems it inappropriate or offensive.
Unless otherwise specified, all text, images and materials to be incorporated in the website shall be supplied by the client in electonic format, delivered on CD or via email, within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of the quote. Content received after this perid will incurr extra charges. Proof reading the supplied text is the responsibility of the client.
The client understands that any website hosting services require a deperate contract with a web hosting business. The client agrees to select a web hosting service which allows South City Web Solutions full access to the website and a cgi-bin, via FTP. The client further understands that the web hostings servies's operating system must be on a Windows System/Server. The client may accept the recommendation of South City Web Solutions for a web hosting service. Any associated fees and charges for hosting the website is the responsibilty of the client and are not included in the quotation for web design.
The client understands that they must purchase a website domain name from a registered Domain name reseller. The client may accept the recommendation of South City Web Solutions for domain name selection and supplier to purchase their domain name from. Any accociated fees and charges for Domain name registration is the responsibilty of the client and is not included in the quotation for web design.
South City Web Solutions retains copyright to all completed website design projects produced by South City Web Solutions. The client will be granted rights to use the web design project as a website, upon final payment of all incurred fees for production of the web design project.
South City Web Solutions will not accept any responsibility for any alterations performed by either the client or a third party which cause error in the site. Such alterations include, but are not limited to , additions, modification or deletions. If South City Web Solutions are required to correct any errors resulting from such alterations, the client will be charged the current website maintenance rate.
South City Web Solutions aims to complete all web design projects within two weeks of receiving the deposit and complete website content.
Services purchased from South City Web Solutions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind that the web design project will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall South City Web Solutions be liable to the client for any direct, indirect, special, and/or goods provided to the client. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption and/or goods provided to the client. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the web design is with the client.
By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to all of our terms of service as written hre. If you do not agree with any element of our Terms & Conditions, then we are unable to provide you with any services as specified in these Terms & Conditions. South City Web Solutions reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
