Website Packages

The Basic Website Package commences at A$350 and includes:

• Up to five web pages in the one domain name (e.g. home, about us, services, contact us, etc.)
• One static or basic flash image as a page header
• Layout of the website is identical on each page to keep the same theme through out the website
• Search engine friendly design
• Site map submitted to Google
• One contact/customer feedback form (with up to 10 fields/questions)
• Image resizing and optimisation (up to 20 images)
• Assistance with setting up email
• Uploading of website to hosting provider of your choice
• Can arrange web hosting and domain name registration (all associated costs will be on charged)
• All content must be supplied by you as we do not offer services to write or re-write content

Other Fees and Charges:

• Additional web pages - A$50 per page (same layout as other pages on website)
• Additional basic flash images - A$50 per image
• Additional website forms - A$50 per form
• Photo Gallery (maximum size 100 x 100 pixels) A$3 per image
• Website maintenance - $40 per hour
• Setup of Google Adwords Campaign - POA

Website Process

1. Free website consultation - This is subject to our Terms & Conditions
2. Once you have approved the website design, a 50% deposit must be paid (based on quotation)
3. When the website is completed, the balance must be paid before it is uploaded to your web hosting provider

To provide you with a free website consultation, we will require the following initial website content:

• A brief overview of your business
• Your logo and any images you would like used
• Your preferred colour scheme
• Webpage titles (Home, About Us, Services, etc..)
• The URL's of any wesites you have seen that you like and what you liked about them

On receipt of the above information, we will create a website template which will be email to you in html format for you to view.

On approval of inital design, we require a 50% deposit prior to commencing any further work. We will also require access to your account with your web hosting provider and confirmation of domain name registration. Prior to uploading the completed website to your web hosting provider, we will require payment of the final 50% as per the quotation provided at the commencement of the work.
